This Vendor Agreement ("Agreement") is entered between Krishi Setu and the registered seller ("Vendor"). By registering as a vendor, you agree to the following terms.
Vendors must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including business details, GST (if applicable), and bank details. Krishi Setu reserves the right to approve or reject any application.
Vendors are responsible for listing genuine, legal, and accurate products. Product details, pricing, and images must not be misleading.
Vendors can set their product prices. Krishi Setu may charge a commission or service fee on each successful order.
Vendors must process and dispatch orders within the specified timeline. Delays or cancellations may impact vendor performance.
All products must comply with applicable laws and agricultural standards. Selling counterfeit, expired, or restricted items is strictly prohibited.
Vendors must accept returns and refunds as per Krishi Setu’s Return & Refund Policy.
Payments to vendors will be processed after successful delivery and within the agreed settlement cycle.
Krishi Setu reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts in case of policy violations, fraud, or poor performance.
Krishi Setu is not responsible for vendor product quality, losses, or disputes arising between vendor and customer.
Krishi Setu may update this agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updated terms.
