Products once delivered are generally not eligible for return. However, replacement may be provided in case of:
Refunds are processed only if replacement is not available or order is cancelled before dispatch.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Krishi Setu reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspicious activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
